Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and queries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective query handling and resolution.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or related field (accountancy, accounts payable).
  • B.Com degree from a recognized university (any specialization).
  • Proficiency in AP Helpdesk, Query Handling, Query Management, and Helpdesk Management software applications.
