Role : Business Development Lead

Location : Noida / Gurgaon

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Account Managers and Pursuit Leads for RFPs.
• Form and lead solutioning teams.
• Run RFP working sessions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams for required reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for competency details and case studies needed for RFP responses.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT services, with a focus on the insurance industry. Experience in dealing with large size strategic RFPs that involves multiple service lines
• Proven track record in business development and RFP management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
