Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy

• Develop and lead the creative direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
• Identify and anticipate design and cultural trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.

Creative Operations

• Oversee the production pipeline across branding, video, and motion graphics.

• Assign tasks to junior designers and ensure deliverables meet the highest creative standards.

• Collaborate with content and sales teams to align visual storytelling with campaign goals.

Creative Execution

• Take direct ownership of execution for selected key clients or projects.

• Deliver motion graphics, video, and AI-generated creative assets with precision and quality.

• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising creative excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio in motion graphics, video, and branding.
• Excellent aesthetic sense and ability to shape visual identities across beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and motion/video production tools.
• Familiarity with AI-Gen tools for image, video, and design workflows.
• Leadership skills: ability to mentor junior creatives and oversee a production pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactivity, curiosity, and ability to push creative boundaries.
