Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Project Manager located in New Delhi. The Senior Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of architectural projects, ensuring the timely submittals of designs, and managing the creation of construction drawings. The individual will also be tasked with integrating Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles into projects, supervising project teams, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination and managing Submittals
• Proficiency in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable design practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensure as an architect is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
• Experience with immersive technologies and 3D design is a plus
