Key Responsibilities
• Bring in fresh ideas for the projects provided by the design team.
• Develop concepts, master plans, and layout designs for ongoing & new projects parks.
• Prepare detailed civil, electrical, horticulture, and landscape drawings.
• Creating good conceptual images and graphics for client understanding.
• Estimate quantities and prepare BOQs as per SOR/DSR.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams during execution.
• Learning design strategies with the team of UOD over architecture, interior design & landscape design principles.
• Prepare presentations and explain concepts to clients and government authorities.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in architecture.
• At least 10 years of experience in architecture/landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil drawings, electrical layouts, and horticulture/landscape planning.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Vray/Lumion/Enscape and other design software.
• Good understanding of estimation, BOQs, and government standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
