Role Overview: As a Senior Project Architect at RSP, you will play a crucial role in shaping urban life and hospitality experiences by leading a team through base-build design and execution for high-profile hotels, resorts, retail, and commercial developments. You will be based in Bangalore and will be responsible for integrating challenging design intents with consultant requirements, representing the organization as the client's single point of contact, championing design intent, and ensuring technical excellence, quality, and delivery in a fast-track collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a focused team of architects and consultants through base-build design and execution for high-profile hotels, resorts, retail, and commercial developments. - Integrate challenging design intents with specialist consultant requirements. - Represent the organization as the single point of contact for the client from vision to handover. - Champion design intent while ensuring technical excellence, quality, and delivery. - Drive commercial projects in a fast-track collaborative environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Architecture from a reputed institution. - 8+ years of experience leading complex commercial base-build projects, with hospitality/retail experience considered a strong plus. - Proven record of leading design development/coordination and delivering on ambitious project timelines. - Sharp design sensibility matched with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing presence. - Self-starter with initiative, adaptability, and a passion for learning and growth.,
