1. Expertise in architectural design and design coordination for high rise & high end residential and commercial projects.
2. Architectural Planning, Project coordination with Project Execution Team, Architects, Consultants of Services, Structure, and Faade
3. Should have good knowledge of drafting & rendering software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop etc.
4. 360-degree exposure to Design, Byelaws and relevant rules.
5. Possess holistic view at design developments for optimum usage of space, efficient engineering and cost effectiveness.
6. Strong coordination skills with Project Execution Team, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Integration of all services
