Sr. Execution Engineer (Plumbing & Firefighting)

Qualification = BE / DME (Mechanical)

Experience = 8 to 12 Years

Location = Pune

Project Execution Experience = High-rise residential & Commercial

Compensation = Best in the Industry

Planning and scheduling of all plumbing and fire fighting activities in co-ordination with service contractors, service consultants for shop drawings, architect and civil execution team.
Define and implement work procedure and method statements with strong supervision skills for good workmanship.
Good execution experience in internal and external plumbing activities as per shop drawings, budget and timeline
Good execution experience in the areas of water supply, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting, organic waste converter, firefighting, plumbing system, CP & sanitary fixtures as per shop drawing, specification and timeline
Good knowledge on hydrant, sprinkle system, fire alarm system, PA system etc
Strong co-ordination skills
