Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  architectural design

  and planning for

  high-rise buildings

  (Residential, or Villas).

• Prepare

  concept drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documents

  .
• Ensure effective integration of

  MIVAN technology

  into architectural design and execution.
• Collaborate with

  structural, MEP, and civil engineers

  to align design and execution.
• Review and approve

  shop drawings, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  local building by-laws, NBC, fire safety codes, and statutory approvals

  .
• Conduct regular

  site visits

  to monitor execution quality, finishes, and adherence to design.
• Provide

  technical guidance

  to project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Coordinate with

  clients, consultants, and authorities

  for approvals and design clarifications.
• Handle

  material selection, faade design, and finishing standards

  for premium projects.
• Mentor and guide

  junior architects, designers, and site teams

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  high-rise building design & detailing

  .
• Hands-on expertise in

  MIVAN formwork technology

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and MS Office

  .
• Understanding of

  BIM workflows

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to

  manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously

  .
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
  

Qualifications

• B.Arch / M.Arch

  from a recognized university.
• Minimum

  15 years of experience

  in architecture, with at least

  1518 years in high-rise projects

  .
• Proven track record of delivering

  residential/commercial towers using MIVAN technology

  .
