Key Responsibilities: • Lead the architectural design development process from concept to execution across residential and commercial projects • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural intent • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project standards and statutory requirements • Drive innovation in design solutions while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency • Manage consultant deliverables, timelines, and ensure effective documentation and version control Note: Candidates with proven interior architecture or interior fit-out expertise will be given preference.
