Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect for the Gurgaon Cluster, you will play a crucial role in leading the architectural design vision and execution of large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. Your responsibility is to deliver innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable design solutions aligned with the Live Well, Work Well philosophy. You will oversee the entire design lifecycle, ensuring timely milestone delivery from concept to site execution. Collaboration with various teams such as structural, MEP, landscape, interior, construction, and sales is essential for integrated and market-aligned design outcomes. Your designs must comply with Gurgaon's local building codes, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements. Regular design reviews, audits, and site visits are necessary to ensure design intent is maintained during construction. Presenting concepts to leadership, clients, and investors and collaborating with authorities and consultants for statutory approvals are also part of your role. Additionally, mentoring a team of architects and designers to drive innovation and continuous improvement is crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the architectural design vision and execution across multiple residential and commercial projects in the Gurgaon cluster - Deliver innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable design solutions aligned with the Live Well, Work Well philosophy - Oversee the entire design lifecycle, ensuring timely milestone delivery from concept to site execution - Coordinate with various teams for integrated and market-aligned design outcomes - Ensure designs comply with Gurgaon's local building codes, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements - Conduct regular design reviews, audits, and site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction - Present concepts to leadership, clients, and investors, incorporating feedback to align with business goals - Collaborate with authorities and consultants to obtain statutory approvals and clearances - Mentor a team of architects and designers, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the design function **Key Skills:** - Strong architectural expertise in master planning, facade, and sustainable design - Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other design software - Deep knowledge of Gurgaon's development norms, codes, and approval processes - Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities - Strategic thinking to balance aesthetics, functionality, and commercial feasibility The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural design and execution of large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is required.
