Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect (Interior Design) located in Pune. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading Interior Design projects from conceptual design through to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, integrating client requirements, managing project teams, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing site activities to ensure design integrity is maintained. This role requires close collaboration with clients and various stakeholders to deliver customized, high-quality interior spaces. You are required to lead the Project Independently.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Design and Interior Design
• Minimum experience of 10 years
• Understanding of Materials and all technical aspects of the materials
• Client handling and engagement skills is a must
• Proficiency in Project Management skills
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration processes
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in luxury residential and commercial projects is a plus
