Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing architecture and interior design firm in Chennai. This role demands a dynamic, detail-oriented professional capable of overseeing multiple projects, ensuring design integrity, and delivering excellence through all project stages.

Responsibilities

✔️ Lead multiple architectural & interior projects simultaneously from concept to execution

✔️ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

✔️ Review and validate architectural drawings, working details, and technical documentation.

✔️ Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and design standards.

✔️ Collaborate on design development, project planning, and client presentations.

✔️ Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress as needed.

Required

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

✔️ 6–8+ years of professional experience in architecture, with proven project leadership

✔️ Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

✔️ Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office and Revit
