We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our Residential & Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and documenting elegant, functional, and client-focused residential spaces — both architectural and interior. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for home design, spatial planning, material detailing, and aesthetics. Responsibilities: Assist in the design and drafting of residential architecture and interior spaces using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software. Develop mood boards, material palettes, and concept presentations for clients. Prepare working drawings, layouts, and detailed joinery/interior design drawings. Assist with site measurements, surveys, and preparation of as-built drawings. Support senior architects and interior designers in all project phases — from concept development to construction documentation. Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design intent. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to gather information on materials, finishes, and fittings. Conduct periodic site visits to coordinate with contractors and ensure design execution. Maintain project documentation, design records, and client correspondence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution. 0–3 years of experience in residential architecture or interior design projects (internship or professional). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or Lumion is a plus. Strong interest in residential design, interior layouts, furniture detailing, and finishes. Good eye for design, spatial planning, and attention to detail. Strong visualization and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate in a small, creative team environment. Basic knowledge of local building codes and interior materials. Preferred : Internship experience with a design or architectural firm. Experience in preparing municipal submission drawings.
