Senior Architect

We're searching for a visionary Senior Architect to lead our innovative projects and shape the architectural landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of detailed working drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP components.

• Collaborate with project teams on large-scale projects, with a preference for experience in government or public sector work.

• Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes, and standards.

• Oversee construction progress, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with contractors and consultants as needed.

• Prepare tender documents, project estimations, and ensure compliance with SOR (Schedule of Rates).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 6- 8 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management principles.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Prior experience with government projects and tender processes is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
