We're searching for a visionary Senior Architect to lead our innovative projects and shape the architectural landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of detailed working drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP components. Collaborate with project teams on large-scale projects, with a preference for experience in government or public sector work. Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications, codes, and standards. Oversee construction progress, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with contractors and consultants as needed. Prepare tender documents, project estimations, and ensure compliance with SOR (Schedule of Rates). Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 6- 8 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Prior experience with government projects and tender processes is a strong advantage.
