Job Title: Senior Architect

Salary : 55K to 60K per month

Location: Trivandrum

About Us:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design and oversee Industrial and commercial construction projects from concept to completion( Eg: Airports

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects.
Requirements:
B Tech /Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
