Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect (STA) at Bank of America, you will lead significant workstreams to implement and maintain end-to-end automated solutions. Collaborating with the ServiceNow Global Development Team, you will play a key role in addressing complex challenges and feature design on the ServiceNow platform. Working closely with the Principal ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will contribute to solution fit, platform scalability, and implementation best practices.
