Senior Architect

APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai based Design Organization involved in the professional practice of Architecture, Planning, Consultancy, and Engineering Services. We are an award-winning Architecture Design Studio with over 25 years of rich experience in designing IT Parks, Data Centers, Commercial Projects, Residential Projects, Township Projects, and Culture-based Institutional Projects. Our team consists of 120+ members dedicated to delivering high-quality design solutions. We are currently looking for a Senior Architect specialized in Culture Based Institutional Projects. The ideal candidate should be a qualified architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possess 5-10 years of experience in design and project execution. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Suite, and MS Office is required. As a Senior Architect at APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd., your responsibilities will include: Design Development & Execution: Leading creative design from concept to completion, creating and reviewing drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on historical, cultural, and site-specific contexts to inform and enhance design concepts. Integrating findings into design narratives, proposing innovative yet context-sensitive solutions, and supporting material selection. Organizing research into reports and presentations to strengthen client communication and design reviews. Project Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams, seniors, and external consultants (MEP, structural), participating in design reviews and client meetings, and resolving technical issues during project execution. Technical Expertise & Quality Control: Developing and checking working drawings and construction documents, conducting site visits to ensure design implementation, and maintaining the quality and accuracy of all design documentation. Deliverable Planning & Execution: Managing timely delivery of all design documents, drawings, and presentations, monitoring project schedules, and flagging discrepancies to ensure timely project progress phase-wise. Team Support & Mentorship: Guiding and mentoring junior architects, sharing technical knowledge, and supporting team performance. Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Participating in presentations and design discussions, client communication, and translating client feedback into design adjustments.
