Senior AR Caller - Client Support

As a Customer Support Executive L1 Billing, your main responsibility will be to handle tasks related to Medical Billing, EHR &/ EMR. You will be required to efficiently resolve tickets, complaints & transactions in Zendesk during and after each interaction. It is important to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer issues. Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establishing a positive rapport with every customer is crucial for this role. Collaborating with the product team to stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies is also expected. Your role will significantly impact the company's bottom line by effectively problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should be able to maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with both internal and external customers. Effective communication with vendors to meet customer needs is essential. Additionally, you must be available to work night shifts, special holidays, and weekends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset are required. Being a good team player is also important for success in this role. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AR Calling from U.S Healthcare are preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
