Senior Application Support Engineer

As an experienced individual with a minimum of 8 years in Production Support or a related field, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in ITSM processes such as Change Management, Defect Management, and Problem Management. Your strong ability to influence and drive work across cross-functional teams will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough Root Cause Analyses will be highly valued.
