Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based applications.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, rules, constants, and other Appian components.

• Integrate Appian applications with other systems using web services and APIs.

• Create and manage custom data types, data stores, and records.

• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices in process modeling and application development.

• Prepare design documents and technical specifications.

• Implement and manage application deployment across various environments (TEST, PRE-PROD, PROD).

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 6+ years in IT, 4+ years in Appian BPM

• Proficient in Appian BPM, including SAIL forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and integration tools like Apigee.

• Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL.

• Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, IntelliJ, and PL/SQL.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
