Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Android Developer

to join our fast-growing team in Indore. You will take complete ownership of building, testing, and deploying high-performance mobile applications used by millions of users. If you love solving real-world problems at scale and have a bias for action, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Implement app features following MVVM architecture
  • Ensure quality and performance of applications to specifications
  • Take ownership of application lifecycle: development, testing, publishing, and maintenance
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of core Android components
  • Proficient in Kotlin
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
  • Solid grasp of MVVM architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cross-platform development (e.g., Flutter or React Native) is a plus
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Android app development experience
  • Degree not mandatory if you demonstrate solid skillsets and hands-on experience
  • Experience working on B2C mobile apps with a large user base is a significant advantage
  • Previous experience in consumer tech or hyperlocal platforms is a plus
