Requirements Description and Requirements Grade : MS2 Profile : Associate Benefits Operations Analyst Designation: Senior Analyst – Health/Wealth Admin Job Description: Summary As a Senior Analyst, your core responsibility will be processing the inputs received from member/participant, client or carrier to ensure that the client database is up to date and member/participant has correct information. In this role, you will report to the Assistant/Team Manager and will have the following additional responsibilities. Responsibilities Maintaining quality as per defined SLAs Completing assigned tasks within TAT Ensuring compliance of all internal policies Process improvement Providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and onshore counterparts. Has 1-2 years of Backend Ops Experience. Is a Non tech Graduate.
