In this role, you will report to the Assistant/Team Manager and will have the following additional responsibilities. Responsibilities Maintaining quality as per defined SLAs Completing assigned tasks within TAT Ensuring compliance of all internal policies Process improvement Providing timely updates to internal stakeholders and onshore counterparts. Has 1-2 years of Backend Ops Experience. Is a Non tech Graduate.
