We are hiring for the EXL Payment Integrity business that contributes to $250M+ of the revenue. Our clients consider us as US Health Insurance's Investigative Analytics team, based in Chennai.

Our typical day:

We are considered as a Digital & Analytical Center of Excellence for payment integrity by 6 of top 10 health insurance companies and 35 others. We deal with billions of claim transactions each month.

We do not charge these clients any consulting or resource-based billing upfront unlike typical analytics service companies, instead we make money by finding money/savings for these insurance companies.

Thus, we are on the constant look out for errors and fraudulent transactions to R&D and optimize. We are measured by impact we deliver interns of data led decisions.

How: We productize our R&D, Algorithms and Intelligence to be used across multiple health plans rendering year on year growth of 30% to $210M+ in 2024
