Senior Analyst, Sales Operation & Planning (East Asia & India)

Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Specialist at Gates Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in elevating sales operations and performance across the EA&I region. You will act as the subject matter expert for CRM and sales forecasting to drive commercial excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading CRM adoption efforts, developing and distributing monthly CRM reports, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with sales leaders, resolving key operational challenges, tracking monthly sales performance, designing insightful dashboards, and shaping data-driven pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Elevate sales operations and performance across EA&I region - Act as subject matter expert for CRM and sales forecasting - Lead CRM adoption efforts and ensure consistent usage and data hygiene - Develop and distribute monthly CRM reports and monitor funnel health - Identify growth opportunities and propose actionable strategies for improvement - Collaborate with sales leaders to support the monthly rolling forecast process - Design and maintain insightful dashboards with clearly defined KPIs - Partner with HR & Finance to validate and analyze Sales Incentive Plan performance - Conduct pricing simulations and competitive benchmarking to recommend pricing strategies Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience - Strong aptitude for data analysis, process, and systems - Knowledge of CRM systems, especially experience in driving adoption - Proven skills in planning, sales, and operational excellence Additional Details: Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates Corporation is publicly traded on the NYSE.
