Senior Analyst, Sales Operation & Planning (East Asia & India)

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Gates Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in elevating sales operations and performance across EA&I. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the subject matter expert for CRM and sales forecasting to drive commercial excellence across the region. - Leading CRM adoption efforts across commercial teams, ensuring consistent usage and data hygiene. - Developing & distributing monthly CRM reports, monitoring funnel health, lead generation effectiveness, and opportunity progression. - Identifying growth opportunities or performance gaps by analyzing trends and proposing actionable strategies for improvement. - Collaborating with sales leaders to support the monthly rolling forecast process and ensure accuracy. - Designing & maintaining insightful dashboards with clearly defined KPIs to help monitor progress toward sales goals. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to demonstrate the following key success factors: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in technical and non-technical environments. - Ability to interpret financial data and understand revenue recognition rules. - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Strong business ethics, integrity, and flexibility in operational style. - Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and follow through to meet objectives. - Positive attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Requirements and Preferred Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field. - Strong aptitude for data analysis, process, and systems. - Knowledge of CRM systems, with experience in driving adoption being highly preferred. - Proven skills in planning and sales & operational excellence.
