Role Overview:
1. As an RMG Analyst / Executive, youll play a key role in optimizing resource utilization, supporting project staffing, and maintaining critical RMG dashboards and reports that help drive strategic business decisions. 2.4–8 years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Planning 3.Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools 4. Excellent communication & coordination skills 5.Based in Chennai and open to working from the office (5 days a week) - Sunday to Thursday
