Senior Analyst Operations

As an experienced practitioner leading operations for Data & Analytics within MetLife Global Capability Center (MGCC), your role will be crucial in supporting US Business Data and Analytics (D&A) organization. You will report directly to the MGCC operations leader and collaborate with the head of operations in the US. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the US D&A portfolio and ensuring alignment with business goals - Overseeing Business Process Re-engineering and Agile release train (ART) Management - Leading high-visibility project management and Program Increment (PI) management - Supporting senior management meetings and optimizing business and project level communication - Managing US D&A standards, processes, materials, templates, etc. - Engaging with Audit, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams - Collaborating on D&A budgets with Global D&A planning organization - Handling D&A US business development and administrative tasks - Tracking surveys and feedback for continuous improvement - Managing D&A invoicing, staff allocations, and financials in line with global standards - Ensuring alignment and communication with leadership teams in the US and India Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related field, MBA or financial services experience preferred - 8-10 years of operations and project management experience in large enterprises - Experience in agile frameworks, project portfolio management, and customer management - Strong Program & Project Management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Agile frameworks, and data interpretation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and collaborate effectively Preferred skills include experience in the insurance domain and appreciation for Data & Analytics tools and frameworks.
