Role: Senior Manager - Analyst

Analytics is responsible for leading data-driven strategies and delivering analytical insights to support business goals. This role involves managing analytics teams, developing predictive models, driving customer insights, and collaborating across departments to improve decision-making and business performance.

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, data scientists, and business intelligence professionals.
• Design and oversee implementation of analytical models and data solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop analytical approaches.
• Present actionable insights to senior management and drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization tools for performance tracking.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement using analytics.

• Education

  :

   Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• 12 years of experience, proficient in SQL, Python, familiar with Tableau, exposure to any Martech tool would be an advantage (Engagement or Retention platforms/ MMPs /CRM/ CDP).
• Would work closely with other stakeholders for database management for campaigns,

Technical Skills:

• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Working knowledge of statistical and ML algorithms like Clustering, Regression, Ensemble techniques, Naive Bayes classifiers, Neural networks etc is a big advantage.
