Senior Analyst - Legal Entity Controller

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end preparation of financial statements for assigned legal entities.
• Ensure compliance with AASB and IFRS standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the statutory audit process.
• Prepare quarterly reporting packs for senior stakeholders and Group finance.
• Manage business unit adherence to finance policies and processes.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on key accounting issues and deliver critical messages.
• Continuously assess and improve processes, reports, and documentation for operational excellence.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for regulatory and compliance reporting.
• Maintain a robust risks and control framework relevant to legal entity reporting.
• Lead discussions with business units to ensure compliance with finance policies.
• Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in legal entity subsidiary reporting and financial statement preparation
• Strong knowledge of AASB and IFRS standards
• Chartered Accountant qualification with solid accounting and reporting experience
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills
