Senior Analyst - HR Services

Role Overview: As an HR Operation Senior Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing complex employee lifecycle processes, analyzing data, ensuring policy compliance, driving process improvement, and supporting HR systems. You will act as a subject matter expert for HR operational activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other employee lifecycle events. - Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery. - Analyze HR operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization. - Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes. - Assist in implementing HR technology solutions and participate in system upgrades or testing activities. - Contribute to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation efforts. - Train and mentor junior HR analysts or support team members as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources/business administration or related fields. - 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services. - Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
