Senior Analyst, Global Procurement

Role Overview: You will be joining the Global Procurement team in the category management function, focusing on supporting Professional Services and IT categories. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to shape supplier strategy, provide operational support for sourcing events, and drive value and savings for the firm. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting and executing procurement projects across Professional Services and IT categories - Running sourcing events such as RFIs, RFPs, and competitive bids as required - Managing and negotiating IT contract renewals, including coordination with Legal and stakeholders - Conducting supplier research and spend analysis to inform category strategy - Managing stakeholder communication and expectations in a fast-paced environment - Coordinating supplier onboarding and resolving operational procurement queries - Preparing reports, analyses, and recommendations to support category managers - Ensuring strong documentation and compliance with Bain procurement processes Qualification Required: - 4+ years of relevant Procurement or Sourcing operations experience, preferably with global organizations - Ability to independently run procurement projects with minimal oversight - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and advanced analytical abilities - Experience working with global stakeholders and managing multiple priorities - Excellent communication skills and influencing capabilities - Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, with the ability to quickly learn internal tools - Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance Additional Company Details: Bain & Company is a global consultancy known for helping ambitious change makers define the future.
