We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Analyst - AML / KYC (Practitioner). The successful candidate will be entrusted with conducting AML and KYC checks for a global bank, which involves assessing all alerts, investigations, and reviews in adherence to the policy. Responsibilities: - Review alerts from Transaction Monitoring, Screening, Adverse Media, and Politically Exposed Persons. - Analyze matches identified during watch list, sanctions, adverse media screening, CDD, and ECDD. - Validate due diligence documents based on business, entity, and product matrix. - Perform open-source searches to gather relevant information for investigations. - Interpret evidence to determine the legitimacy of customer behavior. - Document investigations in written narratives. - Obtain information and documents from internal or external sources following the bank's KYC policy. - Coordinate client outreach for documentation retrieval. - Maintain knowledge of red flags across customer landscape and jurisdictions. - Adhere to critical metrics and business SLAs. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, law, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Exposure to AML KYC with banking clients. - Relevant work experience, preferably in FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) Industry. - Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning. - Ability to communicate effectively with businesses.
