Senior Analyst - Corporate Accountant

Role Overview: As an accountant at Quaestor Advisors, LLC, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly close process of management companies, general partners, and affiliated entities. Your role will involve corporate accounting journal entry, finalization of trial balance, bank reconciliation, and assisting in management reporting and budgeting/forecasting processes. You will drive efficiencies through process improvements and technology enhancements, prepare quarterly board packages and KPI metrics reports, and provide support for new business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the monthly close process of management companies, general partners, and affiliated entities - Finalize corporate accounting journal entries and trial balance - Perform bank reconciliations - Assist in management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, budget vs actual analysis, and cash flow projections - Drive efficiencies through process improvements and technology enhancements - Prepare quarterly board packages and KPI metrics reports - Assist in ad hoc requests, technology initiatives, and special projects - Provide support for and analysis of new business initiatives for firm growth Qualifications Required: - Fully qualified CA/CPA with 0-1 years of experience - Strong Excel skills - Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus Please note: Quaestor Advisors, LLC is an affiliated Special Servicer providing mid and back office services to Arena Investors and external clients.
