**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a member of the Revenue Operations team at Ethos, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence for the B2C go-to-market teams. You will be a versatile and dynamic team player, responsible for wearing multiple hats and driving key initiatives across workstreams. Your primary focus will be on providing insights, analysis, and operational support to guide day-to-day decisions while also leading various projects to support rapid revenue growth and operational scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take initiative and operate independently to drive projects forward effectively. - Utilize tools efficiently to enhance backend processes, manage dashboards and reporting, and optimize usability. - Explore new platforms that can contribute to the scalability of our operations. - Demonstrate scrappy instincts and good judgment when faced with challenges, knowing when to take action and when to reassess. - Collaborate on diverse projects, from Salesforce troubleshooting to assisting in planning team events, with a willingness to engage in various tasks. - Develop elegant and robust processes and scalable systems for a fast-growing company within operations, sales, marketing, or client services. - Collaborate across disciplines to achieve objectives and offer insights for process improvement. - Own the creation of reports and dashboards to measure key revenue metrics and conduct deep analyses to support the revenue organization. - Ensure data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across all Revenue Operations functions. - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce and other systems to keep the team aligned with activity goals. - Optimize processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs and personnel. - Define and maintain the marketing-to-sales funnel process, data, systems, and workflows. - Enable and maintain the Consumer Sales system stack and roadmap, utilizing tools like Salesforce while staying updated on industry advancements. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of experience, preferably in Revenue/Sales Operations, PnL, Ops & Strategy, or related fields. - MBA preferred, with at least 2 years of post-MBA experience. - Salesforce system admin experience is beneficial but not mandatory. - Experience with sales technologies like CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Regal, Balto, etc.). - Proficiency in analytics and dashboarding tools such as SQL, Mode, Tableau, Amplitude, etc. - Highly motivated, self-directed, and a team player with a diverse skill set. - Comfortable with ambiguity and driven to manage projects to completion. - Strong analytical skills with exceptional written and oral communication abilities. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and a drive for excellence. - Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in B2C/D2C startups.
