About the Role: Ethos is searching for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join the Revenue Operations team for our B2C go-to-market teams. This position entails steering the Consumer Rev Ops team towards operational excellence by embodying versatility, dynamism, and teamwork, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and driving essential initiatives across different workstreams. You will play a pivotal role in the team, offering insights and analysis to guide daily decisions and spearheading various projects that promote rapid revenue growth and operational scalability. This role is marked by its high-impact nature, visibility, and individual contribution, with a clear career path leading to managerial responsibilities over time. Roles And Responsibilities: - Take initiative to drive projects forward independently. - Proficient in utilizing tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Excited about exploring new platforms for scaling operations. - Possess scrappy instincts and sound judgment to tackle challenges effectively. - Willing to engage in diverse projects and tasks to support business growth. - Aspire to build robust processes and scalable systems in operations, sales, marketing, or client services. - Thrive in a small team setting to make a significant impact. - Collaborate across disciplines to achieve objectives and voice opinions constructively. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics: - Create reports and dashboards to analyze key revenue metrics. - Ensure data accuracy and support reporting needs for executive and go-to-market teams. - Translate analysis into actionable insights to enhance processes and strategy. Ops & Processes: - Maintain high data quality and process consistency. - Establish standard operating procedures for Salesforce and other systems. - Optimize processes to improve sales program efficiency and effectiveness. Systems & Tools: - Define and maintain the marketing-to-sales funnel process. - Manage the Consumer Sales system stack and roadmap. - Stay updated on sales technologies and tools for continuous improvement. Qualifications And Skills: - 4-6 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, PnL, Ops & Strategy. - MBA preferred with at least 2 years post-MBA experience. - Salesforce system admin experience is a plus. - Experience with analytics and dashboarding tools like SQL, Tableau, etc. - Motivated, team player with a diverse skill set. - Comfortable with ambiguity and a drive to complete projects. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably in B2C/D2C startups.
