Senior Analyst - Catering Systems Administrator

In this role at United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc., you will be responsible for managing data entry for all menu specifications through United's catering management system. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial in supporting the operation effectively. Your role will involve independently leading end-to-end projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering solutions that meet the business needs. You will also be required to audit data quality, identify errors, and resolve technical issues with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage data entry for all menu specifications through United's catering management system - Lead end-to-end projects by collaborating with stakeholders to define scope and deliver solutions - Audit data quality, identify errors, and resolve inconsistencies - Resolve technical issues with internal and external stakeholders - Regenerate flights in the catering system when required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar discipline - 4+ years of previous experience with data entry and clerical work - Exceptional attention to detail and strong data management skills - Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel - Ability to work effectively remotely and excellent written and verbal communication skills - Legal authorization to work in India for any employer without sponsorship - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Successful completion of interview required - Reliable and punctual attendance is essential Preferred Qualifications: - Business Administration or a similar discipline in Hospitality, Catering/Food Services, or Airline Industry - Knowledge of airport operations and basic Python understanding - Experience with continuous improvement and working with informational management systems like Oracle, CAE, Coupa, SAP, etc. Please note that this position is offered on local terms and conditions, and expatriate assignments or sponsorship for employment visas will not be provided.
