Senior Analyst

Role

A Senior Analyst - Operations shall be responsible for Quality Assurance of managed and conducted secondary and qualitative research, executive summaries, and finalizing reports. The role requires a mix of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of operational processes and quality assurance principles.

Key Responsibilities

·        Gather and evaluate qualitative data to prepare comprehensive reports.

·        Develop, update, and enforce quality standards/procedures exceeding best practices.

·        Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of analysts.

·        Oversee the collection and analysis of data. Coordinate tasks and roles within the team.

·        Take disciplinary action, when necessary, in accordance with company guidelines and laws

·        Spearhead initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.

·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality is integrated in operational aspects.

·        Resolve complex quality issues and develop strategic solutions.

·        Provide insightful suggestions to seniors based on assessments and analyses.

Qualification

·        Extensive experience in assurance and operations, preferably in a senior role.

·        Attention to detail and decision-making skills.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to support high performance teams.

·        Excellent communication.

·        Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, or Management.

·        7 - 10 years of experience with a proven track record in corporate research.
