Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the preparation of airport planning studies on general aviation and commercial service airports. This includes airport master plans, airport layout plans, creation of alternatives, site selection studies, aeronautical surveys, landing approach feasibility studies, safety and security analysis, justification studies, and benefit cost analysis studies. You must keep current with ICAO/DGCA planning and design aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and contribute to airport master planning, airport system planning, airfield planning, terminal planning, airspace planning, and environmental studies - Design, analyze, and plan airside and terminal concepts - Perform research, gather data, and carry out assessment/analysis to support airport planning studies - Prepare technical presentations, reports, and review scopes of work for airport planning studies - Work on multiple projects or assignments concurrently - Proactively coordinate with the wider (global) aviation team and other project team members - Assist with business development and proposal preparation - Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Support the aviation team in pursuits and business development activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Science, or Planning - Master's Degree in Airport Planning and Management / Aviation Management Additional Company Details: At Jacobs, the focus is on people and providing the right balance of belonging, career growth, and lifestyle to consistently deliver and exceed clients" expectations.
