Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and deploy

  end-to-end ML and GenAI solutions

  for enterprise use.
• Develop

  RAG pipelines

  using LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Write production-quality

  Python APIs and backend code

  (FastAPI, Flask).
• Design and implement ML models (XGBoost, CNN, LSTM, transformers).
• Integrate and fine-tune

  LLMs

  (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini).
• Work on

  chunking strategies, embeddings, vector search, reranking

  , and model evaluation.
• Deploy and scale applications using

  Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Collaborate with global teams, participate in architecture,

  and design discussions

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of total experience

  , with

  7+ years in AI/ML engineering

  .
• Strong

  Python

  programming (without AI assistance).
• Proven hands-on experience in:

• LangChain / LangGraph

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Agentic AI / Multi-Agent systems

• LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini)

• Solid foundation in

  machine learning algorithms and math

  (bias-variance, XGBoost, multicollinearity, hypothesis testing).
• Experience deploying ML/LLM apps on

  AWS / Azure / GCP

  .
• Strong understanding of

  containerization (Docker)

  and

  CI/CD workflows

  .
• Ability to perform well in

  live coding and design interviews

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  LangSmith, CrewAI, or AutoGen

  frameworks.
• Exposure to

  MLOps tools

  (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• AWS / GCP certification in AI or Machine Learning.
• Experience in

  scaling inference endpoints

  for LLMs.
