Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ML/AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will work on LLMs, recommendation systems, and cloud-native ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ML/DL models for prediction, classification, and optimization.
• Design and fine-tune Generative AI systems (LLMs, diffusion models).
• Build scalable recommendation engines using hybrid and sequential models.
• Deploy ML pipelines and APIs on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with strong MLOps.
• Own end-to-end model lifecycle including CI/CD, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in production-grade ML/DL or GenAI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python (OOP, multithreading, optimization).
• Strong knowledge of transformer models, model evaluation, and observability.
• Experience in deploying ML solutions in cloud environments using MLOps best practices.
• Hands-on with frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain.
• Familiarity with GenAI techniques, RAG, and agent-based orchestration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, vision, audio)
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks (LangGraph, ReAct)
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML or GenAI projects
• Certifications in cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Education

• B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
• Equivalent hands-on experience in building scalable AI systems is also accepted

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
