We are looking for a Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our prestigious client's team as a key member. With at least 8 years of experience, you will be based in Cochin or work in a hybrid model. The focus will be on Advanced AI Model Development with a competitive salary package based on your experience. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of advanced LLMs (Large Language Models). You should excel in end-to-end AI solution development, encompassing tasks from data engineering to model optimization and API integration. Your responsibilities will include training and fine-tuning LLMs such as Llama for various business applications, building automated AI training pipelines for text and web-based datasets, managing AI infrastructure on Mac Pro, GPU-enabled servers, and cloud platforms, developing AI assistants for customer support, compliance, automation, and more, optimizing and deploying models for high-performance computing environments, and implementing API integrations to enhance AI-driven task automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLX (MacOS), LLM fine-tuning, AI model training, GPU computing, MLOps best practices, web UI, front-end integration with AI models, containerization, API development, cloud deployment, and experience with open-source AI tools like Llama, Ollama, and OpenWEB. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, a proven track record in successfully deploying AI models, and strong problem-solving and communication skills are preferred qualifications.
