Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient candidate to join our growing AI innovation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building intelligent agentic systems, designing Generative AI workflows, and deploying solutions on GCP Vertex AI. This role involves developing smart, autonomous agents that leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), data-driven decision-making, and domain knowledge in insurance to deliver impactful business solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

• Design, build, and maintain autonomous agentic AI systems capable of reasoning and multi-step task execution. 
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise data systems and APIs using Python and GCP services. 
• Apply prompt engineering and GenAI techniques to enhance agent capabilities and contextual awareness. 

RAG & LLM Integration

• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for grounding LLM responses in enterprise data. 
• Leverage vector databases and embedding models for efficient data retrieval and semantic search. 
• Implement LLM-based workflows using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph , Google-adk or custom RAG solutions and LLM fine tuning. 

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Vertex AI, Big-Query, and Cloud Functions. 
• Manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment. 
• Apply best practices for source control (Git) and CI/CD automation. 

Python & Data Engineering

• Write clean, modular, and production-grade Python code for model orchestration, API integration, and data pipelines. 
• Perform SQL-based analytics and data preparation for ML workflows. 

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with product owners, and insurance domain experts to design intelligent solutions  
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Stay informed on advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, and Generative AI research. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development. 
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and analytical/statistical techniques. 
• Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, and cloud-based ML pipelines. 
• Solid understanding of RAG architecture, LLM integration, and GenAI frameworks. 
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern MLOps practices. 
• Excellent analytical, coding, and communication skills. 

Working knowledge of the  Health Care Insurance domain and AI applications within it.
