Role at a Glance Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer Location: Remote (Standard IST hours) ???What Youll Do Architect and deliver end-to-end ML pipelines ? from data ingestion to deployment Fine-tune LLMs & NLP models for summarization, keyword generation, and profile parsing Deploy models via Docker, FastAPI, SageMaker, Vertex AI Manage model versioning, experimentation, and cloud-based inference (AWS/GCP/Azure) Monitor performance, handle feedback loops, and retrain for continuous improvement Collaborate with AI advisors and mentor junior engineers ?? What Were Looking For 5+ yearsexperience in ML/NLP engineering Strong expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, transformers, and embeddings Proven track record deploying models in production environments Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search Experience with CI/CD tools for ML (MLFlow, Weights & Biases, etc) A self-starter who thrives in leadership and collaboration ??
