We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a passion for building intelligent systems and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and developing AI agents, leveraging tools like CoPilot, M265, Azure AI, UiPath etc, and integrating advanced AI technologies to drive business process automation and innovation. This role requires a blend of AI expertise, automation experience, and a strong understanding of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents to automate complex business workflows and decision-making processes.
• Build and maintain intelligent automation solutions using platforms like
  UiPath, integrating AI/ML models where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and fine-tune machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and computer vision systems to enhance automation capabilities.
• Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI) into enterprise applications.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI agents and automation workflows in production environments.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions across different business units.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve solution design.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation strategies for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with
  UiPath or similar RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Microsoft Semantic Kernel) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns for connecting AI services with enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML, UiPath, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to process mining and workflow optimization tools is a plus.
