Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior AI Engineer at Microsoft Copilot Studio & Automation, you will be responsible for building AI agents and copilots on Microsoft Copilot Studio, developing automated workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps, integrating AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services, implementing RAG, grounding, and semantic search using Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search, and ensuring security, governance, and responsible AI practices. You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build AI agents & copilots on Microsoft Copilot Studio - Develop automated workflows using Power Automate / Logic Apps - Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services - Implement RAG, grounding, semantic search using Azure OpenAI & Azure Cognitive Search - Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices - Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience with at least 2 years on building AI solutions - Strong experience with Power Platform and Azure OpenAI - Hands-on work with Copilot Studio (prompt flows, topics, plugins, connectors) - Solid integration experience (API, Azure Functions, APIM) - Good programming background (C#, Python, JS) - Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, grounding Additional Information: At Tietoevry, they believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
