We’re scaling up the future of healthcare automation! If you’ve already deployed AI automation solutions in hospitals or clinics and have hands-on expertise in technical integration — this role is for you.
As a Senior Developer, you’ll design, deploy, and optimize advanced AI-driven workflows for hospital operations, including
Patient journey automation (booking, triage, follow-ups)
AI Chatbots & Voice Agents integrated with hospital systems
EMR/EHR integration with digital forms & API workflows
Appointment, diagnostics & medicine reminder automation
Teleconsultation scheduling & coordination
Automated billing, claims, alerts, and reports
End-to-end deployment, testing & hospital staff
✅ Must-have: 2+ hospital-grade Healthcare AI automation projects already deployed
✅ Proficiency in AI tools & frameworks: Make, Zapier, n8n, Flowise, LangChain
✅ Strong in LLM integration (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.)
✅ Expertise in APIs, Webhooks, JSON, FHIR/HL7 standards
✅ Hands-on with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and secure data handling (HIPAA/GDPR awareness)
✅ Prior experience integrating with EMR/EHR platforms
✅ Bonus: Team leadership for junior automation developers
