As a Scrum Master- TD Senior Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in guiding and coaching the Scrum Team to deliver high quality products and services to customers by utilizing Agile practices and principles. Your responsibilities will include building high performing teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, resolving team impediments, and facilitating various scrum events. Additionally, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making and support organizational project teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles - Build high performing teams through coaching and development techniques - Ensure adherence to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines - Coach the Scrum team in self-organization and effective communication - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision making and support project teams - Resolve team impediments to enhance the application of Scrum - Facilitate all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA - Certification in CSM/ SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master / PMI-ACP /PSM/ A-CSM - Strong 6-9 years of experience in Agile delivery methodologies - Knowledge of industry standard Agile PM tools like Jira or Azure Devops/Trello/Smartsheet confluence - Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Flexibility to work in US and UK time zones - Experience in Pharmaceutical Sector is preferred - Specialized experience in Viva (Veeva CRM or other pharma tech platform), Cybersecurity, Data (Analytics, Data Science, Data management), or Artificial Intelligence (AI implementation and integration in life sciences) EY offers a supportive and engaging work environment where you will have opportunities for personal development and career progression.
