Senior - Agile - Scrum Master - Pharma- TD

You will be joining EY as a Scrum Master - TD Senior Consultant where you will have the opportunity to be a part of a rewarding career focused on complex business, technology, and infrastructure transformations. Your role will involve guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on Agile practices, building high performing teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include resolving team impediments, supporting all Scrum events, and contributing to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles - Build high performing teams through coaching and development techniques - Ensure team adherence to Scrum theory and guidelines - Coach the team in self-organization and effective communication - Work with stakeholders to influence decision making and support project teams - Resolve team impediments and collaborate with other Scrum Masters - Facilitate all Scrum events and contribute to Agile practices improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates / BE - B.
